DAY (6)

You can eat as much vegetables and beef as you desire with no less than one ration of soup. You can substitute broiled fish for beef, but not both of them.

DAY (7)

Eat a little brown rice and drink some unsweetened fruit juice. Consume as much as you want, and make sure you eat soup not less than once.
