When you are under chronic stress, you tend to put on tummy fat. Your stress amount will gain when you undergo a diet and exercising routine without self interest and if you're craving.

Prefer skimmed milk, low-fat yoghurt, egg white and fish, whole cereals grains and its products, sprouts, pulses, fresh fruits and vegetables to junk foods.

Cut down on other junk foods, fried or oily preparations, carbonated beverages, sweetened drinks, colas and sodas.

Consuming salads is a healthy option, but don't substitute your meals only with salads, and be careful with salad dressings like mayonnaise that is high in fat.

Every one forgets to have enough amount of water. It's a zero calorie diet and you can stay energetic throughout the day with it.

It's better if you have a look on the food labels of any food item, before you consume them. The sugar free and fat free items are not actually calorie free.

Physical activity or exercise is a very essential criterion to remain fit and lose weight. Just a simple brisk walk for 40-45 minutes or stretching drills for lower body and tummy will help. Early morning before the sun rises is the best time to have a walk.

Yet another method to reduce your paunch fat is do yoga. This can make you stay fresh and energetic and relieve you from stress.

The paunch developed in women after pregnancy is known as the postpartum paunch. It appears to be a difficult task. But in a period of 6 - 9 months, you get your own shape.

To trim down your weight, you should be in diet and do drills regularly. Though this is a likely a tortoise process, you will surely get the results. This in turn reduces your belly fat.
